GENPACT, AllSec Technologies, AKS IT SERVICEs, Ascenders Technologies, Headrun Technologies, InSync & Neeyamo have signed a declaration to adopt & deploy job roles / Qualification Packs designed and developed by IT-ITeS Sector Skills Council NASSCOM (SSC NASSCOM). Mr BVR Mohan Reddy, Founder, Chairman & CEO, Cyient & Chairman NASSCOM & Mr R Chandrashekhar, President NASSCOM, felicitated this ceremony at the 15th SSC NASSCOM Governing Council Meeting at Lemon Tree Hotel, New Delhi along with Dr. Sandhya Chintala, Executive Chairman SSC NASSCOM & Vice President NASSCOM.
IT-ITeS Sector Skills Council NASSCOM (SSC NASSCOM) has signed a MoU with Sharda University to offer ‘Foundation Skills in Information Technology’ (FSIT) & ‘Global Business Foundation Skills’ (GBFS) program along with adoption of six Qualification Packs (QPs) / Job roles developed by SSC NASSCOM. The strategic alliance with the university aims to offer these program to all undergraduate students as an elective course at the university to enhance the employability skills of these students. This initiative will benefit about 8,000+ students, to get them industry ready across the institutions under the umbrella of Sharda University in Greater Noida, Agra and Mathura.
SSC NASSCOM facilitated two sessions at NASSCOM office respectively in Kolkata to validate SSC NASSCOM invites you to partner with us to Validate and Update the Entry Level Qualification Packs/Job Roles designed and developed by SSC NASSCOM. There were 9 participants from IT Services (ITS) industry members who participated in this session.
SSC NASSCOM facilitated two sessions at NASSCOM & Tata Technologies offices respectively in Pune to validate SSC NASSCOM invites you to partner with us to Validate and Update the Entry Level Qualification Packs/Job Roles designed and developed by SSC NASSCOM. There were 28 participants from IT Services (ITS) and Engineering & Research Development (ERD) industry members who participated in this session.
With the objective to scale SSC NASSCOM with support from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad (JNTUH) facilitated a five day Train-the-Trainer program in Hyderabad on Associate Analytics Qualification Pack / Job Role for 32 faculty members and ‘Security Analyst’ Qualification Pack / Job Role for 25 faculty members. The training was conducted by subject matter experts from Karvy Analytics and Cyber Eye Research.
Kolhapur University hosted a conference on ‘Digital India and Higher Education’ which was attended by 35 Vice Chancellors from the Western Region. SSC NASSCOM was invited to share details about the various programs & initiatives which can be integrated at a college level to make the students job-ready and industry ready.
