What We Offer ?
Trainer
Based on the experience of aspirant Trainers and the score obtained in the Trainer assessment for both Domain and TVET Qualifications, they are given certificates under the following conditions:
Certified Trainer
Basic: Certificate valid for 2 years
- Trainer Grade: B ( 80%-89%)
- Trainer Grade: A ( >= 90% )
Advanced: Certificate for lifetime validity
2 Years of experience in their fields
Master Trainer
Certification of Master Trainers are awarded under the below mentioned categories.
Category A - Green Channel
Eligibility criteria
Does the applicant have any 5 years of work/training experience w.r.t. the Qualification/Job Role
Share 10 to 15 minutes video delivering training as per concerned qualification
Applicant have any additional upskilling certifications pertaining to their industry/domain? For Example: From Google, Microsoft, IBM, Red Hat, LinkedIn etc.
Certificate is valid for 2 years [Generated and downloadable from NSDCs’ SIP (Skill India Portal)].
Validity: 3 years
Category B - Green Channel
Eligibility criteria
Does the applicant have any 3 years of work/training experience w.r.t. the Qualification/Job Role
Share 10 to 15 minutes video delivering training as per concerned qualification
Applicant have any additional upskilling certifications pertinent to their industry/domain? For Example: From Google, Microsoft, IBM, Red Hat, LinkedIn etc.

Category C
Eligibility criteria
3 years of work/training experience w.r.t. the Qualification/Job Role
90% marks achieved independently , both in TVET and Qualification assessments
Certificate is valid for 2years [Generated and downloadable from NSDCs’ SIP (Skill India Portal)].
Validity: 3 years
Train the Trainer Program
Train the Trainer (TTT) program has been launched to enhance the quality of existing trainers involved in Qualification-based courses.
